Scrying Skills – Workshop

Scrying is one of the most ancient occult skills, used across many cultures for millennia.

In this online workshop, Julian Vayne gives a brief history of scrying and shares practical approaches to the art. Students learn how to induce the altered state required for its practice, and then explore several methods of scrying, discussing black mirrors, crystal balls and candle flames. Expect an evening of divination, spirit evocation and inner world exploration.

For this workshop, please arrange your setting so you can lower the light levels to create a darkened room. You'll need a candle, the means to light it, and a safe place for it to stand, ideally with a relatively neutral background behind it. The workshop will use this as one of the scrying tools, so you'll need to be able to sit comfortably watching the flame.
